"The Lincoln Case"

The Lincoln Case is currently CLE-accredited in the 21 states either through direct application or reciprocity. The states are listed below. Applications for accreditation in other states are currently pending. Importantly, you can apply on your own for CLE credits in any state that is not listed below.

The Lincoln Case is accredited for TEN (10) total CLE Credits, which breaks down into EIGHT (8) General CLE credits + TWO (2) Ethics CLE credits.

Upon successful completion of the 16 examinations within The Lincoln Case, having attained a score of at least seventy-five percent (75%) proficiency in each examination, a CLE Certificate of Completion can be created for you to print or download which will reflect the number of credits you have earned. The certificate contains a unique identifier code associated with it, so state CLE providers can verify the veracity of the certificates.
